    Which photographs should I use?

    Use your original photographs where possible. The editor accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 20 MB each. HEIC and HEIF photographs need a compatible browser, such as Safari 17 or later; otherwise export them as JPEG. Check the photo-quality warnings during review. Photo and order help

    Can I finish my design later?

    Yes, using the same device and browser. Wait for the saved message before leaving. Private browsing or clearing browser storage can remove the design. It does not automatically appear on another device.

    Can I order a copy for someone else?

    Yes. Increase the quantity of the same approved design in your basket for identical copies. To make a different design, add this one to your basket first, then start a new project.

    Can I change my order?

    Contact us straight away with your order number. We will check whether production has started. Personalised goods have different change-of-mind rights; your rights for faulty or incorrect items still apply. Order changes and returns
