Your photographs. Your story. A few simple steps to make it yours.
Before you begin
Choose your cover or frame finish on the product page. Use the original photographs where possible. Images saved from social media or messaging apps may be smaller and can lose detail when printed.
Adding photographs
The editor accepts JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 20 MB each. You can select several photographs together. If your phone offers HEIC files, choose a JPEG export or a compatible photo format before uploading.
Making your design
Add your photographs, then use Fill empty pages, prints or positions to get started. Select a photograph on the design to adjust its crop. On a phone, tap the photograph before dragging. Check faces and important details near the edges.
Books contain 20 pages arranged as ten spreads. Memory Boxes contain twenty 4 × 5-inch retro prints and an EARNED. keepsake box. Framed Collages contain six photographs in one 10 × 8-inch artwork.
Personalised wall prints
Choose A5, A4 or A3 in the Print tab, edit each line in Words, then upload and position your photograph in Photo. Your photograph becomes monochrome. The fonts, text sizes and layout stay fixed; shorten any line marked as too long. Keep the editor open until your design is in the basket. Custom wall-print designs do not currently save for later.
Saving and returning
For photo books, Memory Boxes and Framed Collages, your unfinished project saves in the browser on this device. Return using the same device and browser. Private browsing or clearing browser storage can remove it. Your project does not automatically appear on another phone or computer.
Before ordering
Check the whole design, including the cover, every crop, spelling and selected finish. Choose Add to basket, then tick the confirmation box to confirm you are happy with your photographs and words. Confirm to add the design to your basket. EARNED. prepares the print files from your design; you do not need to download printer files.
Ordering another copy
For an identical copy, increase the quantity of that design in your basket. For a different photo book, Memory Box or Framed Collage, return to the product page and choose Start new from Project options after adding your first design to the basket. For a different personalised wall print, reopen the print product after adding your first design.
