Your keepsake is made to order. Production takes place before delivery. Faster postage does not shorten production time.
Production guide
- Prints and retro prints: usually produced the same working day when approved artwork reaches the lab before 2pm, Monday–Friday.
- Soft image-cover books: usually produced the same working day when approved artwork reaches the lab before 12pm, Monday–Friday.
- Material-cover books: allow approximately 2–5 working days for production.
- Framed collages: allow approximately 3–5 working days for production.
These estimates follow our printing partner’s production guide. They begin when the lab receives the approved artwork, rather than when you start designing. EARNED. supplies and packs the keepsake box for the Memory Box. Please contact us before ordering if your gift needs to arrive by a particular date.
UK delivery
- Standard: £3.99. Allow approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 1st Class: £4.99. Allow approximately 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- DPD: £7.99. Usually the next working day after dispatch.
Standard UK delivery is currently free on orders of £50 or more. The services and final charge available for your address are shown at checkout. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Orders with more than one product
Products can have different production times. Allow for the slowest item when planning a gift. Contact us before ordering if you need items separately.
International orders and collection
Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout. Any import charges are determined by the destination country. If you choose collection, contact EARNED. to arrange collection once your order is ready.
