Personalised keepsakes
Photo books, memory-box prints and collages made with your photographs or words are personalised. The usual change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to personalised goods. Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described still apply.
Changing your design or delivery address
Check every photograph, crop, word, product option and delivery address before ordering. If you spot a mistake, contact EARNED. immediately with your order number. We will check whether production has started and whether a change or cancellation is still possible.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve it. We will explain the appropriate remedy and arrange any necessary return. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Non-personalised items
For eligible non-personalised goods bought online, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel, then return them within the following 14 days. Contact us for the return address. You are responsible for return postage for a change of mind. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the return, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable. We may make a deduction for handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods.
